This page provides a description of the procedures for managing the website www.idi.show/photo of IDI PRODUCTION SRL., with regard to processing of personal data of website users. This policy is also provided pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code, and is addressed to those who interact with the web services of IDI PRODUCTION SRL.

Processing associated
with the web services offered by this site is carried out at the head office of
Indigital Italia S.r.l and is performed only by employees and collaborators of
Indigital Italia S.r.l appointed persons in charge of processing, or by persons
in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
The personal data
provided by users requesting dispatch of information and related material is
used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service requested and is not
disclosed to third parties, unless communication is imposed by legal
obligations or is strictly necessary in order to comply with the request.

Connection data
In the course of their
normal use, the computer systems and software procedures used to enable
functioning of the website, acquire some personal data of which transmission is
implicit when internet communication protocols are used.
This is information
that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but, by
its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by
third parties, allow identification of the users.
